Ordering Requirements
Contact your cemetery for any restrictions or requirements for your specific plot. Do not purchase a stone before this step. Your on-site responsibilities include:
Any foundation required by the cemetery.
Requirements and Charges for setting the stone at the grave site. Some cemeteries will set stones.
Front face engraving is included with this stone. When purchasing, create a design using our designer and enter the required information on the order screen. Once you send your order, our designers will complete a proof of your stone and send it to you for approval. Some cemeteries will require a design to be submitted for approval. In this case, your approved proof will have all the information needed.
Shipping is as priced to a commercial business with equipment and full-time employees that can unload the stone. Home-based businesses or farms do not qualify. We can ship to a freight terminal where the carrier will place the skid on your vehicle at the listed price. A cemetery must have full-time employees, and a lift gate will set the stone off the truck; this adds a $200.00 fee. Residential or Church delivery adds $250.00. Must enter delivery contact info completely.
We collect the name and contact number of the person present at your delivery location on the order. That person is to inspect and sign for the stone. We experience less than 1/2 of 1% of damage claims on our shipments, but it can happen, and if it does, you must instruct the person to refuse the shipment and notify us. We will handle the claim and repair or replacement of the stone.
